Online Account Registration 

You may want to register with Armorr.in to make shopping faster and easier. For non- registered users, we request account information (email address and password), and billing and shipping information. As a registered customer, you only have to enter your billing and shipping addresses and account information once; they will be securely stored in our database for your future use. Using your username and password you may access your account online at any time to add, delete or modify information. If you are using a computer at a public place, we encourage you to log out at the end of your session. Your information may be stored with us, but it will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.

The Information Collected By Armorr.in

When you shop with Armorr.in, we obtain information we need to complete your transaction. This may include your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, credit/debit card number with expiration date and your email address. Under no circumstances do we ever share, sell or rent your personal information with outside parties.

How We Use The Information Collected 

Billing Information 

We use this information to confirm your credit/debit card information and to contact you if we have questions regarding your order. Your billing information may also be used for future Armorr, print mailings such as Armorr catalogues. You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time. 

Shipping Information

We use this information to ship the online order you had placed. Credit/Debit Card Information. We use this information to process your online order, and we may also need to provide this information to the company or companies who process your debit/credit card payments. 

Email Information

After you place an order with Armorr.in, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. You will receive this email only if you have provided us with your correct email address. We may also need to contact you via email if we have questions regarding your order. Your email information may also be used for future Armorr, Email Newsletters which will include unsubscribing instructions. We would like to reiterate that under no circumstances do we ever share, sell or rent your personal information with outside parties. 

Cookies And Their Use 

Cookies are small data text files that your web browser stores on your computer when you visit some web sites. We use cookies to make your online shopping experience easier and more personalized, for instance, allowing you to retrieve an earlier shopping cart. Making a return is easy.

Items purchased within 7-days can be returned for a refund.

 
Making a return in 3 easy steps!
1.     Send a request return.
2.     Fill out the RMA form after the initial review from our representatives.
3.     Ship back the return product along with the RMA form.
 
Cancellation
  • If you wish to cancel the order you can do so before order has been shipped, and we will refund the 100% amount in 7 working days.
  • If the order has been shipped, you can still return the product withing 7 days, and 70% amount is refunded in 7 working days.
  • Mail us on support@armorr.in for same.
 
Requirements for Returns:
  •    Must include a valid original purchase order number from armorr.in, purchases made outside of armorr.in must    contact their seller for returns.
  •    All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
  •    Any returned products that are missing contents are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
  •    If the product is used or has scratches, same cannot be accepted for return
  •    Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
  •    Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable for both ways.
  •    Refund processes could take up to 7 working days after the item is received.
  •    We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is      received (highly recommended for International returns). armorr.in is not liable for lost or stolen packages            during the transit of the return.
A confirmation email will be sent once the return package has been processed at our facilities.

In case of Exchanges / Replacements:

Do not worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it
  • Send us picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it's in original condition.
  • Reverse Pickup will be done for free / or reimbursed if pickup is not available in your area.
  • Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
  • As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days). 
  • All products go through Quality Check procedure, to ensure products are in original condition.

 
If you have received a defective/broken product, it needs to be reported within 72 hours of delivery, to be eligible for replacement.

Tempered glass 

Tempered glass sold and installed by armorr.in will not be eligeble for returns and replacements. Execpt under some circumstances such as wrong installation by our expert or wrong product issued. However to be elegible for returns and replacement the issue regarding the same must be reported with 24 hours.

Tempered Glass with curved edges

For mobiles which have curved edges the tempered glass will have a halo effect upon installation i.e, there will be a gap between the tempered glass and the phone’s screen.

We don’t get full screen tempered glass for these models.

Some of the phone models with curved edges are mentioned below.

Samsung A5(2016), Samsung A7(2016), Google Pixel, Google Pixel XL, Xiaomi Note 4, Moto M, Oneplus 3&3t and many more. 

Returns and replacement will not be initiated once the tempered glass has been installed for the models mentioned above.

All products purchased directly from armorr.in are covered by our 7-day money back guarantee. 

Who qualifies?
The armorr.in warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-buyer. Proof of purchase is required to qualify for the warranty.

What qualifies?
Only products that are purchased directly from armorr.in are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or altered warranties. The warranty does not cover the following:
Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
Product was used for unintended purposes
Misuse, mishandling, accident, or other abnormal use of product.
Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
3rd party purchases are not covered under armorr.in warranties.

How to submit a warranty?

You must Ship or Mail back your original products with the Warranty Claims Form. To obtain the Warranty Claims Form, contact our customer support at support@armorr.in.
 
Including  all of the information above in your package will help ensure prompt processing of your warranty claim.
All of the shipping costs for sending back your case will be in the responsibility of the owner of the case. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees are in the responsibility of the owner. We advise using a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to armorr.in. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for returning packages.
Once the product is received by armorr.in, we will inspect the product (within 1-7 business days of receipt on average) to determine if the product is covered under the limited warranty. If the product is determined to be covered under the Limited Warranty, armorr.in, under its judgment and discretion, will repair, replace, or recondition the product. armorr.in will pay for the shipment of any replacement parts or products under the limited warranty to remedy the defective product.
DISCLAIMER: All products returned to armorr.in will be subject to review for authentication. If any of the products are found to be counterfeit, it will be confiscated and turned over to armorr.in legal department for further actions. These counterfeit items will not be returned once in the possession of armorr.in

Warranty Disclaimers

Except for the express warranties provided herein, armorr.in makes no express or implied warranties of any kind what so ever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition armorr.in will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits.
armorr.in reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit armorr.in product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain.
Defection caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defection caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties.

PRODUCTS SOLD IN PACKAGE

 For products that come as a package, only the defected item from the package will be remedied, and this remedy may be repeated within 7 days or the remainder of the warranty. The original product is needed for any future warranty requests regarding the order.
armorr.in reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at armorr.in sole option. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, armorr.in reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to armorr.in judgment and discretion.
Excluding the express warranty provided, armorr.in, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any armorr.in product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.

Limitation on Liability
 
​In no event shall armorr.in or its suppliers shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, property damage, or loss of use of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if armorr.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages. armorr.in has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices, other personal property that are in the products, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise), the entire liability of armorr.in and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties and conditions, and/or the disclaimer of some types of damages, so some of the above might not apply to you.

Replacement Warranty

armorr.in Limited Lifetime Warranty*

armorr.in offers a limited lifetime warranty for all screen protectors including  glass screen protectors. This warranty is only valid for screen protectors that are considered defects. Defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw that is produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty. Important Note: This warranty excludes all glass products.
Shipping & Delivery
  • Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery.
  • If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer 
  • S&H Charge is non-refundable if Any.
  • Once the customer has requested for return, Return Pickup will be intiated in less than two working days.

Special Considerations  
  • All orders are subject to approval based on the billing information provided.
  • All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if billing and shipping information is different.
  • In the occasion that an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until a Customer Care Representative has contacted you for further instructions.
